• Get started by choosing a store that is the closest to your location.

• Schedule an appointment by giving us a phone call, filling out an online form or sending us an email with the date and time that would work best for you.

• Tell us about your project and make sure to send us some pictures.

• Share your ideas on colors, patterns, textures and style.

• Our professional decorator will ask you questions about your lifestyle and budget to get to know you and your personal preferences better in order to recommend the right fabric samples.

• Schedule your free In-Home Shopping, if needed.

Let's Get to Work

• Our professional decorator will start working on your project by putting together fabric samples and/or window treatments ideas based on your style, needs and preferences.

• If you cannot come into our store, we can always send you pictures of the selected fabric samples via phone or email. There is also an option of mailing memo samples directly to you.

• Once you have selected the right fabric for your project, we finalize a custom quote that includes labor, material costs, pickup and delivery and timeline. If there is a need for measurements, we’ll schedule a date/time for our professional installer to come to your house.

Project Completion

• After your order is placed, our team of professionals starts turning your dream into reality.

• Your assigned decorator will be able to answer any of your questions while you wait for your masterpiece to be completed.

• Once everything is ready, we’ll install and dress your window treatments, deliver and place your custom furniture piece(s), fit your custom slipcovers and deliver your home accents and bedding ensembles.
